Your exact price and deadline are fixed in a written quote before you pay. Payment is by card through a secure Stripe link, only after you approve the quote.
You get your file back with the fix in place and a short note explaining what was wrong and what changed, so you can maintain it yourself.
A sales sheet showed $0 commission for some reps. The cause was hidden spaces in names, so the lookup failed silently. We trimmed both sides, used an exact-match XLOOKUP, and flagged unmatched names as "CHECK" instead of hiding them as zero. You can see this sample on our home page.
We use your file only for the job. If it contains sensitive data, you can send a copy with names or numbers replaced, as long as the structure stays the same. We delete working copies after delivery on request.

Many fixes are done within 24 hours of approving the quote. Your quote states the exact deadline.
For a quote, a description is enough. For the fix, we need the file or a copy with sensitive data replaced.
